Navy Timeline and Question

This is my timeline as I have it now.

Start 01FEB23
C&P exams done 06MAR23
NARSUM and other docs signed 08MAR23
Sent to PEB 09MAR23
Found unfit 24MAR23
Sent back To DRAS 24MAR23
VA Claim Closed 17MAY23
Findings signed 30MAY23

I just got told today that I’m 70% DOD and 100% VA. So now what? What’s the next step I have to take?

have you gone in to corner them at all? I know all my admins have been not great so ive had to to do basically everything
My admin sucks but our LIMDU/MEB coordinator is pretty decent, I mean I only got signed findings 2 weeks ago so maybe it's not out yet. What do you guys think

Thank you, so my admin is incorrect. Now with that said what form do I choose the VA disability and then if I choose that do I still get everything else that comes with the retirement? Like a retiree card and TRICARE for my family and I?
If you choose VA Pay you will be entitled to the other benefits still (Tricare, Base access, etc.) As long as you are rated over 30 percent on the DoD side.

That’s good. I guess my question now is how do I tell Big Navy/the DoD that I’ll be taking the VA compensation?

I did the VA EZ form at the start of the MEDBOARD/PEB. Do I need to give that to my admin with the rest of my separation package?

The VA FORM that was signed and submitted is the proof you chose elected to waive retired pay dollar for dollar etc.

The VA Shares that info electronically with DFAS once the retired pay account is established.

I have no other info about the PEB process.

Documents: I would keep a copy of everything.

Again coming in super clutch with the information. Thank you!

Does anyone have the average timeline for the sep message? I’m sitting at 7 days today since signing findings. I’ve seen posts on here of people getting them at seemingly random days.

He's an idiot. Orders take even longer.
Don’t you put that evil out here Ricky Bobby.

She’s been not great at timelines this entire process. My MSC hasn’t been great either. I don’t know what I expected from the Mayport/Jacksonville area but God was I was hoping for some GOOD news.

Bad news doesn't get better with time. I'm not going to lie or hide it. Your separation authorization message gets sent as soon as PEB releases your index, within a couple of days. Your actual orders come from TSC Norfolk, and they don't even start working on those orders until you submit your separation package via Salesforce, with your checklist and all your paperwork and your separation authorization message.

I've emailed the email twice and still nothing back. Also my Admin still doesn't have the ability to get on message traffic. So this is going great

Update:

I received my Separation Authorization. Dated for 6/7/23.
My last day 28JUL23

Had to go to some ITs and have them look for my orders since Admin couldn’t/wouldn’t look. If anyone else’s admins are having issues mine were under the “CUI” Tab.

Update again:

Goin on terminal leave and house hunting job hunting leave starting 03JUL to my final day 28JUL23.

Got the movers myself. Admin at my command told me basically to move myself and that I’ll have a year to file a claim to get paid back for it.
