Navy Timeline and Question

This is my timeline as I have it now.

Start 01FEB23
C&P exams done 06MAR23
NARSUM and other docs signed 08MAR23
Sent to PEB 09MAR23
Found unfit 24MAR23
Sent back To DRAS 24MAR23
VA Claim Closed 17MAY23
Findings signed 30MAY23

I just got told today that I’m 70% DOD and 100% VA. So now what? What’s the next step I have to take?

Update again:

Goin on terminal leave and house hunting job hunting leave starting 03JUL to my final day 28JUL23.

Got the movers myself. Admin at my command told me basically to move myself and that I’ll have a year to file a claim to get paid back for it.
I would be careful. The way I understand it is that you have to file your PPM paperwork prior to moving it or it's out of pocket. Perhaps give your HHG office a shout to verify admin information.

I called the HHG office at NAS Jax and they told me that I should talk to admin and then wouldn’t give me much more than that so here’s hoping it’s all good.

Call the personal property customer service line. They specifically told me that if I moved before doing the paperwork that it was on me.

Don't count on it. If you have orders, that's a big help, but if you haven't at least notified household goods office, and started the paperwork or notified them, you might not get reimbursed. I've seen a couple people get screwed that way. Look in the JTR for more guidance.

Edited to add:

Ways to Do a Personally Procured Move (PPM)

Upon receiving permanent change of station orders, service members and their families are entitled to make PPMs using a variety of resources, including a rental truck or trailer; a commercial moving van service; pod container and moving services; or their own vehicle.

Remember: Only after applying for and being authorized for a PPM can you proceed with the move. If you make a partial PPM (i.e., only shipping a certain amount of household goods), make sure you work out all the details with your representative. Note that you will not receive full government payment for your PPM until after your move.

Bad news doesn't get better with time. I'm not going to lie or hide it. Your separation authorization message gets sent as soon as PEB releases your index, within a couple of days. Your actual orders come from TSC Norfolk, and they don't even start working on those orders until you submit your separation package via Salesforce, with your checklist and all your paperwork and your separation authorization message.
Do you know if the PEB releases PDRL, TDRL and severance separations all together or if they are released separately?

Thanks! Any idea how often they are released?
It's random. All depends on how fast they're coming in. Since the VA is working through a massive backlog of cases, they've been coming to PEB faster the last month or so. But it's still all based on individual caseflow. Might be one a week, or three a week, or a week and a half between them.

Also, the average time for index release from the time findings were signed by the member used to be four to six weeks. Lately, from comments on a couple of forums, it seems like the average wait time has gotten less. Maybe 2 to 4 weeks or so.
