MEB just came back. I have three choices. Get out, Non-Duty Related PEB or Duty Related PEB. My problem is my Unit never conducted a LOD when I got back from deployment when I was Active. Currently in the Reserve. My unit is telling my they can't do a LOD now plus they don't know how. The civilians that handles the PEB process says my unit can. Any advice

Welcome! They can do an LOD. Don't let them discharge you or send you to a non-duty related board without getting an LOD. Your unit is wrong.
