Question HELP

So I am done with my MEB and just waiting on my DA199.

my chain of command is requesting I do a phase 1 and 2 physical( last minute)My peblo has explained to them that I do not have to complete this since I have done Va exams and BH already with the VA and I’m just waiting on my orders.

is there somewhere in writing that states I don’t have to do phase 1 and phase 2 physical somewhere it seems redundant and backwards thinking?

It literally states in your Head to Toe exam for your VA C&P that its a Separation Health Exam too. However, due to HIPAA they can't see that paperwork. I would simply ask your Peblo or Assigned Legal counsel to send your command an email stating that. I can see why they would want to do it. Its normally required before you come off active duty.

It's literally baked into the IDES process. They should be happy about that. Once IDES is through if found unfit you will have discharge or medical retirement orders.
