Question regarding proposed rating

I’m just curious of how many people received low proposed ratings but then received way better ratings with the final decision.

I checked my letter today and it says I’m proposed 30%

I have never seen it happen but its not impossible. Typically what you get for proposed ratings will be what you get when they are finalized. Did you claim everything or just the conditions that are making you potentially unfit for duty? Also, you could have that increased if you request a VARR for an unfit condition and that condition rating is increased. That would change your proposed rating possibly.
