Recieved DA 199 today, need advice.

Received DA 199 today unfit, 20% and severance, I know I'm going to appeal and ask for VA reconsideration on 1 rating also. Can conditions that I was already rated for by the VA before I entered the IDES process be added to my DOD unfit this late in the game?
I'd like to add a timeline at the bottom of my profile like everyone else has for quick reference but I don't know which tab I need to use to do it? I'm thinking Formal appeal with personal appearance? What do you think?
I'm really at an impasse when it comes to this I was hoping they would rate me at least the min. needed.

I was given the exact same findings, and I consulted a PEB lawyer about adding one of my VA % to the unfitting, and she advised against it so I opted for the VA reconsideration. Every case is different though so I definitely recommend you consult with a legal expert who can give you honest advice.
 
Talk to a lawyer as more details would be needed. A VARR will only make a difference if there is NEW medical information to reconsider. Even at that though it depends what it is, time frame ect...
 
Consulted with an Attorney, Req. for reconsideration submitted.
