Your orders do not show that characterization. The word “NO” follows the colon for each of those two sentences.

Like Ron said, the characterization does not indicate this. And, it’s a condition that’s “presumptive” not the location. You can check your conditions against the list on the VA’s website https://www.benefits.va.gov/BENEFITS/factsheets/serviceconnected/presumption.pdf

You can still apply for CRSC for any conditions you believe may be combat related though.
