I recently was medically separated and have completed my terminal leave and was authorized a severance check (it states it in my DD-214) however I have yet to receive it. Is there a way to verify I’m going to be receiving it. I called and spoke to disbursing and DFAS both were not helpful.
Any help is appreciated on clarifying who I can reach out to verify if I’ll be getting paid and when.
