Terminal Leave and Permissive

I have a call/email into my PEBLO for two three days now without a response. I want to know... my IPEB package has been gone for 3 weeks and I figure big blue (AF) will be back witha response very soon. We all expect I will be giving a date which is usually 40 days to seperate. I have approx 43 days of leave and wanted to use my 20 permissive. However, I have been told by some of the dorm lawyers that AF will not care and you will have 40 days to process and be out and I will be forced to sell my leave. However, I have sold 60 days already way back when. So, can they now becuase of a PEB force me to sell more at the end of my hitch? Thoughts please.

My PEBLO said that that the PEB recalled 600 some PEB to "redo" nearing 15 Feb, because changes in the law. He said PEB are now a few weeks behind, the normal 30-45 day mark.

hipothetically i "should be good" with the new law. since they dropped the ball on my stuff and mine has not been submitted to the IPEB, as far as i know

Great! Very good info and I think I'll burn some of mine and of course if they force me to sell and I think that will be the case... I'll just have to get the heck taxed out of me and live with it for the remainder of my lv. Thanks much.
