Texas MEB Timeline

I claimed 85 contentions with 4 unfitting so I am very curious to see my breakdown when it gets rated. Congrats and hope your out processing goes smooth.

I had 6 unfitting so you'll definitely be good!! And only two of the unfitting conditions received 10%. The others received 100%, 40%, 30%, and another 30% respectively. 70% for mental health about a billion 10%'s for everything else haha.
 
How do you know when your VA claim is in the "decision stage"?

Also, when & how do you start finding out what your VA ratings are?
 
For IDES all of that information is supposed to be handled with your PEBLO but there are some things you can do outside of them. It's hit or miss with how responsive they can be for everyone.

To know when your VA claim is in the "decision stage," you'll need to call the VA customer service line for updates. Unfortunately, the status of your claim won’t be visible on the website or app until it’s officially closed.

You will learn about your VA ratings once your claim is shown as closed. Your PEBLO will most likely inform you about your ratings typically within 1-3 days after your claim is closed. Alternatively, you can call the VA and request an email copy of your ratings. This method is not always guaranteed.

9 Feb 24 - NARSUM sent to AFPC
23 Feb 24 - "Proceed with full MEB"/FL-4 Notification
22 Mar 24 - Initial contact with MSC/signed and submitted VA Forms 526EZ and 686c/VA claim is in "collecting stage"
5 Apr 24 - General medical exam
12 Apr 24 - Mental Health exam
16 Apr 24 - Audio exam
8 May 24 - Vision exam
30 May 24 - All DBQs uploaded to Tricare Online/VA claim is in "decision stage"
3 June 24 - PEBLO received all needed information/Completed local board "Proceed with IPEB"/Signed Form 618
12 June 24 - MyFSS email received
18 July 24 - Last C&P exam/DBQ uploaded
23 July 24 - VA claim shown as "closed" on app
24 July 24 - After 4 calls to the VA I was emailed my decision letter.
24 July 24 - Second MyFSS email received
25 July 24 - Received email from PEBLO with rating. 100% VA, 100% DoD PDRL.
26 July 24 - Signed 1180
01 August 24 - Received retirement orders. 19 Aug final out, 26 Aug retirement date.

Check PRDA over vMPF! There were no orders on vMPF but I checked PRDA and they were uploaded this morning. I did call AFPC and submit a message on myFSS yesterday but I'm not sure if they helped or was just a coincidence that I received them the next day. I pretty much did everything for out processing today so if you have a short timeline like me, don't worry about it. I was able to get movers scheduled for two weeks from now.
 
I called and the VA said my proposed ratings closed today and were sent to the Peblo but the app isn't showing anything. Hopefully Monday I get some good news.

Got the same exact info from the VA on the same days as you. Proposed ratings should be sent to the PEB, from my understanding. Once the PEB applies the ratings and unfit/fit determination, then the PEBLO will get them.
 
Peblo said they don't have anything yet, I called again and they said it's still going through finalization or something. I'm not sure but app still showing nothing.

My va.gov has the BEL letter showing as completed. Still can't view my ratings. The app wasn't updated until I called Friday and asked about the status.
 
I got my second myfss email 1758 on Friday. I'll post my own timeline probably after I get my orders as it's own thread. They said 100 va and I'll find out the DOD side hopefully Monday. My VA does show the ides claim closed since Thursday night.

PEBLO submitted 7/1, got the second myFSS e-mail 7/2. Got the third myFSS e-mail saying my results were in on 8/12, and handed the results the same day. So, 42 calendar days.
 
Just got out last week. Any idea where to submit my DD214 in order to finalize my disability rating?
