The VA code sheet is listed as an item needed with the CRSC application. Has anyone not sent it and got approved? The VA codes for the claimed conditions are listed on the DA199 and those are the conditions being claimed for CRSC.

I can vouch that for Army you can use either the Code Sheet OR the VA Decision Memos - they actually can pull the Code Sheets if necessary from the VA, so if you don't have it, don't fret.
Awesome! My wife called the VA and they said they can't email her a copy though several sources online say you can. It seems it all depends on the phone rep. you get. At least that won't stop her from working on and sending in her CRSC package. She still wants it since she is not P&T but nice to know they don't need it.

I worried about the same thing when I submitted mine back in August. I had no issues with my CRSC approval not having the code sheets. Ive heard from other vets you can go to your regional VA office and they will give it to you…or (what I did) contacted my VA rep that helped me during the IDES process and he got it to me. Saved me a 2.5 hour drive.
I did not submit a code sheet for any of my successful CRSC applications.
However, most of the disabilities were presumptively cased by exposure to Agent Orange in Vietnam’
