VA reevaluation/ TDRL ?

Hello, I officially got out on 26 Sept 2024. 70% DOD TDRL

I was just transferred to the AF TRAC team on 14 Jan 25.
They said they have 90 days to reach out to me to help prepare for reevaluation.
5 March I saw on VA website I had a new claim for my Mental Health diagnosis that I was MEBd for.
I had my appointment on 13 March.

I have not heard anything from anyone regarding this. Was this separate from TDRL? Is it for TDRL?
I sent an email to the TRAC team and they just pretty much told me "we have 90 days to reach out to you".

This is to decide if you should still be TDRL or if you should go PDRL or if they fund you are rated too high and could be lowered

Your DoD percentage can remain the same or go up or down.
They will also decide if you should be PDRL.
These decisions are appealable.
