Virtual IDES Timeline (NAVMEDCEN San Diego)

does any one know how to contact the clerk of the actual board. I've been waiting four days shy of 5 weeks now and have heard nothing back. they told me it was only going to take about 2 weeks to get the findings back. so now i have no idea what happened.
referred to meb: 08oct23
first contact: 14oct23
va form: final appointment feb of 25
took the meb 21jul25
haven't heard back on what they have decided
I'm only trying to go from tdrl to pdrl
 
I received my proposed ratings letter from the VA on the 13th it was notified that it was sent back to the PEB to determine separation or retirement and for the official letter and decision. Does anyone know about how long this takes?

I received mine the same day (13th of August). I am still waiting for my Peblo to reach out to me and let me know my rating is back from Peb
 
Sounds like we might be on the same timeline. I’m curious to know how long it takes the PEB to make the decision
 
I just checked my VA account and my case has been Closed. Exactly 8 weeks. Who knows how I can get to check my rating before my Peblo call?
TIME LINE:
First C&P Exams: 4 May 2025
Last C&P Exams: 24 May 2025
NARSUM sent to PEB: 13 June 2025
VA Case closed: 13 August 2025
Va 100 DoD 70: 20 August 2025

So you heard back from the PEB and got your ratings back from them today?
 
Hi All been shadowing the forum for a little while. I'm currently in the IDES.
Here's my Timeline:

Jan 5 2025 - Enter Limdu
Jan 14 2025 - DES REFERRAL
Jan 2025 not finalized - ready for decision
Apr 24 2025 Appointments Completed
Apr 16 - fitness waiting on DOD Unfit findings
Jun 9 - MEB End Date
Jun 26 - Package sent back VA for rating
Jul 08 - still waiting on findings for proposed rating
Aug 07 - Notified my ratings were done
Aug 08 - Confirmed my copy is in the mail
Aug 11 - I RECIEVED MY RATING from VA MSC Rep
Aug 18 - Results presented by PEBLO
Aug 19 - Spoke to lawyer
Aug 20 - Findings Accepted Signed
Aug 21 - EOO filed to PEB via PEBLO

No. Its kind of like a ping pong. My case was closed but my MSC was on vacay. When he finally called me he gave me my rating. Then I had to wait for PEBLO to say she got the results back from PEB. I signed acceptance of receipt of my findings, met with my lawyer, than signed acceptance of my findings (EOO). NOW that is submitted back to the PEB. Now I gotta exit interview with VA and wait for my separation date.

I just signed my findings and EOO yesterday too, so it looks like we're on similar timelines!

I emailed PERS-95 yday after routing my EOO via the PEBLO, and the TDRL-PDRL case manager replied, "with them being formal findings there is a good chance I will receive your INDEX by next Friday. Once I have them it will be 48-72 working hours till the msg is released with your date we will also begin the routing of your orders at that time."
 
not yet I was told Friday by my PEBLO that my case was finalized by the PEB. Also my proposed rating was 90% does anyone happen to know if it’s common for this to change at all or is the proposed normally pretty accurate

It's not common for it to change

I've been seeing posts across all branches on this forum that the VA is backed up and there is a delay in claim processing. I remember back in AUG that my VA MSC said something about the VA doing a turnover to a bunch of new raters so they have to train up new people. But thats just rumor mill.

Regardless of the real reason, they seem to be backed up. If you call the VA and they say your case has been assigned a rater is still should be a matter of weeks.
