So I'm going to preface, I am AD Navy and my case is very abnormal and complicated (medical board due to Tourette's Syndrome and comorbid Anxiety). I'm currently waiting for my IPEB decision, but the VA proposed rating decision was closed 07NOV24. Seeing others on this forum having only waited the one week makes me feel like the PEB is going to rate my decision FFD even though I believe I'm getting rated for requiring aid and attendance, so what gives? I assume everything gets transferred encrypted electronically, so the fact that my PEBLO hasn't seen anything yet kind of upsets me. My case was submitted to PEB 17SEP24, all things considered its been expedited up until this point. Any thoughts are well appreciated.

It's not uncommon for your findings to come back after 1-2 weeks, maybe as long as 3 after the VA sends their stuff back to the PEB.
For comparison sake, my Jax PEB package was sent 26SEP24 and I don't have a claim at the VA yet. To clarify, as of Wednesday (20NOV24) I was still being voted on even. Give it a bit of time and take the information as it comes to you.
