Can anyone suggest a Lawyer to represent me in CAVC and maybe BVA?

Ron,
Have you personally used Jason Perry?
No...I did not have a medical discharge/retirement. He has an excellent reputation and has been the representative for several members of this board.

He is also the owner of this board and provides us an opportunity to learn from the experiences of others...free of charge.

Good luck,
Ron

I am not sure if Mr Perry represents VA cases before the BVA or CAVC but I was very happy with my outcome with Mr Gang.

While Jason and I both represent service members in PEB proceedings, BCMR/BCNR petitions, and VA matters related to the IDES process and BVA Matters, for CAVC issues I tend to refer people to the following attorneys (not ranked in order fo preference, just as a listing) :

1. Chris Attig at Attig, Curran, and Steele is one of the preeminent attorneys in the veterans' law field - Attig | Steel — Attorneys for Veterans Appeals

2. Eric Gang is superb as well and I personally have learned a great deal as an attorney from attending his CLE courses.

I'm actually looking for similar info too! It can be challenging to find the right lawyer for specific cases like CAVC and BVA. Hopefully, someone here can share some recommendations or tips.

I am using Berry Law and have a contract with them that they get 20% of anything they collect. They got me from 40% to 60% and they are working on getting me 100% for my CLL under the PACT Act.
