Can I have conditions added after my 0819 is sent forward?

Sorry if the title is confusing. I was just notified of a full MEB on Friday, and yesterday (Tuesday) I had my initial MEB briefing with my PEBLO.

My PEBLO mentioned I need to get all of my records sent over via MHS Genesis from civilian doctors. One of my doctors (civilian) says I possibly have fibromyalgia (this is not the condition I am being MEBd for) and has been treating me for it. I would like that record sent over and added, so I emailed the doctor and they forwarded the request to his team. My concern is that my PEBLO said she will give me until tomorrow afternoon (Thursday) before she sends up my 0819.

If my 0819 is sent up without his information, does that mean it's not claimable? How much will it hinder the process? I'm planning to follow up with my doctor later this afternoon (if he doesn't send me the records) but I'm having a bit of panic.

The initial condition that is getting me MEBd is only 10-20%, so I'd like the other aspects of my health mentioned as much as possible (I also have migraines, these are in my MHS Genesis profile but I hear that people often get shorted on this rating)

Thanks in advance.

I appreciate you posting. I'm in the beginning stages with MEB so knowing to get my civilian doctor docs is super helpful!

Consult a private IDES Attorney ASAP. The way to add the Fibro is by claiming it on the VA form with the MSC. To get it shown as unfitting you will need to show that its service connected, that the condition prevents you from doing your job and you can show that by profiles, commander stating Fibro symptoms affect your ability to do your job etc. I strongly recommend hiring a dedicate IDES Attorney. My wife was AGR in the Reserves and most Reserve/NG units have no clue about IDES. The results are not fixed. A lot depends on your situation and being proactive. I will send you some IDES attorney references. They aren't cheap but they are worth it! I know for a fact that my wife's compensation is much higher than if she just trusted the system and went through it blindly.

LOL. Noticed I talked to you on another post and already sent you references. Good luck! Make sure you are proactive. No one will advocate for you better than yourself and a qualified attorney!
