Command not honoring recommendation for Medical Retirement

Jan 2023 returned from deployment.
Sept 2023 Found unfit for duty, PTSD
Narsum report says recommend for medical retirement
Sept 23 - July 24 Medical Command drags the process out, no communication at all
July 24, I was told my NARSUM was only good for 6 months and would have to go back for another fit for duty report - I think that was BS a NARSUM doesn't expire
July 24 - April 25, I asked repeatedly on record for months when I would get a date for another fit for duty reportIn
April 2025, I was texted by our mental health social worker that I would not be getting another report and to check with command
May 2025, new unit commander and chief called to tell me I'm not recommended for re-enlistment, won't be getting a medical retirement, and will ETS Sept 25
Today - Was told in text message by Chief that I will ETS sooner than Sept 25 because Im on a "extension" for purposes of deployment.

Have no clue what's going on. Called the Governor's office, and was told this is not the correct process and to do a congressional but would take a few months to complete.

What if they ETS me before I have a chance to fight this?
Does anyone have any clue what's going on here? Recommendations?

Consider hiring an IDES specific lawyer. The owner of this site is one. And at the very least ask to speak with legal immediately.

Sending you references. So you can pay now or later which can takes years to fix so I would at the very least consult with some attorneys that specialize in this.
