Anyone want to take stabs at what the current Army CSRC request approval timelines are at? I submitted on OCT 25th 22, with same day confirmation email. I’m guessing I’ll have an approval letter by 15 January.

I have direct contact with HRC for CRSC claims and they’re still running on the low side of 60-90 calendar days, mind you that’s an *average* so YMMV

I did not get any email confirmation that the packet was uploaded to iPerms. The only email notification I received was back in October when HRC received the packet.

Yeah, some people get an email within a couple of days of it being uploaded, that much I've heard. And for those who didn't realize they could get to iPERMS after being out, just have a DS Login acct and you're good as gold

From what I understand it is automatic, but some people have been having issues with them. I would call them to make sure at least once a month. My backpay has been in audit for almost 3 months now.

Agreed, or fax in a request for the audit, I'll try to find the sample and post it here for folks to use, apparently it's been pretty good at pushing DFAS in the right direction
I called them last month and they said mine is still being audited.

No sample, but here's the key info you'll need:
"Call DFAS to verify that the audit has been started if not then you need to send a fax to this number 1-800-469-6559. Make sure you have your full name ssn dob signature and date on the letter (the date is important because I had to resend my letter because the date was missing) hope this helps at the moment I'm tired of fighting so I won't call them anymore "
