First time poster here. So far my timeline looks like this:
24FEB-Referred to MEB
6MAR- NARSUM complete
7APR- Call for VA exam scheduling
27APR- All five VA exams completed
6MAY- NMA completed and submitted
30MAY- Attorney review of MEB package complete
2JUN- Referred to PEB
14JUL- VA closes my claim
Here's the tricky part though. The VA website says they sent me a decision letter, but the didn't. Instead I received a letter from them telling me to claim additional conditions that they found in their review. I have since filled out that paperwork, and my VA rep has submitted it and updated my claim. I'm assuming they reopened my claim for the added conditions. The website still says closed, but doesn't have any other information. I called the hotline a very nice gentleman told me it look like it was still in the decision phase.
That being said, has anyone ever dealt with an issue like mine? I'm trying to figure out how long it might take the VA to rate the other conditions, and then for the PEB to give me findings. Would the PEB findings be waiting on VA ratings to give me their decision? Common sense says the VA wouldn't be rating me now if I wasn't found unfit.
