I've been in the Marines for close to 11 years and I injured my shoulder had surgery this past april. I'm not even close to 100% yet and my 3rd limited duty is coming to an end in Sept. I have to go see the Navy doc at the end of August. From what I've been hearing that if I'm not close to 100% by end of august they're gonna send me to PEB. I just want some insight about the board. I know I will be good between 85-100% around Jan time frame, will they take that into consideration? or since this has been a problem for over a year, try and discharge me. The thing is I don't want to be discharged I want to finish my career. I did 4yrs active duty 1 yr smcr and the rest IRR getting mobilized. Thank you for any help given.
