I wanted to share my current DES/PEB timeline and see if anyone else has experienced something similar. At this point I’m honestly just trying to make sense of where I’m at in the process.
DES Referral: 06/04/2025
MEBBA Review: 06/12/2025
DES Enrollment: 07/10/2025
(This included my NARSUM and all required paperwork through myself and my chain of command — they’ve been very helpful throughout the process.)
C&P Exams Uploaded: 08/18/2025
PEB Taken for Action: 11/25/2025
VA Claim Closed: 11/25/2025
(I thought it was a bit strange that both were taken for action and closed on the same date.)
After that, the VA requested two additional C&P exams (ACE) :
I’m curious to hear what timelines or experiences other service members have had at this stage. At this point, I’m assuming I won’t be separating anytime soon, so I’m just taking things one day at a time until I hear something back.
Any insight or shared experiences would be appreciated.
