I signed mine 13 Sep and still don't have mine. PEBLO told me that the system is backlogged right now at VA, etc. I'm just trying to keep myself mentally busy so every second doesn't feel like years...
From what I gathered, you should get your ratings and then you either agree and approve them and sign the same day your PEBLO presents it to you or nonconcur and appeal it and go the legal route and then to the formal PEB in front of a board to present your case, etc.
However, if you agree the first go around, you then wait for your dates/orders after that and then do all the outprocessing and get your DD214, start terminal and all that jazz.
Man...2 years, I can't even imagine, good luck, I hope you get what you want soon!
