Hi everyone, I was directed here from Reddit, here’s the BLUF:
I was told by my provider that certain symptoms related to my sleep are going to trigger a MEB. I, not everyone planning on getting out before 20, was a little shocked but after talking with my wife we agreed it may not be the worst thing.
My questions:
What can I expect to happen?
For the DoD rating do they solely look at the triggering condition or do they look at everything since I’ve been in? (I’ve torn my MCL & Meniscus in the field, TBI from jumps, Rhabdo & heat stroke at Ranger, shoulder surgery, and I’m starting to go to BH after suppressing stuff)
What are the best resources around Benning to help advocate for me?
I appreciate the help in advance, I understand the process takes a while and that’s fine; I just want to make sure I do this right and make sure my family is setup post-separation.
