I looked in my VA.gov today and my claim was closed at step 5 of 5 with proposal letter on the way (or not, I've heard they won't mail it to you). My MSC said she can't tell me the proposed ratings, my PEBLO said she doesn't have them yet, and I called the hotline twice and couldn't get someone to email the letter to me.
I guess my question is, what does it mean if my VA proposed ratings are back before I have even submitted to the PEB? Does this mean my process is moving relatively fast? Will my PEB wait be shorter since the proposed VA ratings are done already?
