Hey everyone, I just spoke to a PEBLO at IDES about my ebenefits page. Under the work in progress section on my current claim, it has gone from gathering of evidence, to decision in progress, to decision pending approval, and then back to decision in progress, then back to gathering of evidence. That's where it sits right now. It says they need a document from me but I can't figure out if there is a way to find out what document. The PEBLO I spoke to told me that it could mean my findings have been mailed back and I should be getting a call from IDES soon. And the fact that my package has been at the PEB for almost 3 months indicates that I have been found unfit for duty. Could somebody please tell me if this information is accurate? Has anyone been in a similar situation and found themselves where I am? Also, does an active duty Marine getting medically discharged rate seps pay? Thank you, any info can help.

Can you clarify your last question?

When that happened to me, my ratings were finished and they were sent back to the PEB to determine what ratings applied to my unfitting conditions. The document they want is likely your DD-214, that you provide after separation/retirement. I think it means you are nearing the end...

That answers everything for now, I hope to hear from IDES soon, sounds like I will. Thanks a lot everyone!
