There definitely should be an appeal process! You should be able to not accept your findings and request a formal med board. I've never heard of someone being forced to accept their informal med board findings

I was peb accepted a month before specopsjesus and didn't hear I was found unfit 10/24 until 2 weeks ago. The va communication system is all messed up so most people don't hear anything. Also I believe you accidentally autofilled your personal email and may want to delete your comment

From what the head of med boards on lejeune told me if you're assigned to the rating process then you were found unfit. timelines vary ridiculously person to person so I wouldn't be worried that yours seems to be moving rather quickly

Did you end up getting your finalized results last week? saw on another forum that you were found unfit Oct 7th. if everything is finalized have you gotten your new EAS and how far out is it?

My buddy said it just updated. His is two months out from when he accepted his results

claims aren't showing up in va.gov tracker rn. if you call them they can still check your claim and let you know what stage it is at.

none as of yet. Do you have a personal lawyer or was that the med bd lawyer? My buddy that submitted a month before me just got his findings so hopeful for next month. I also called the VA and they said they can't give me a proposed rating until the dod side is done. not sure if that checks out...

still missing as of 08 10/6. Not seeing anything as to when the system will be back up

No updates as of now. Judging by the timelines I've been seeing I'm not really expecting anything till November. I'll update if I hear anything though. Please do the same
