I know this gets brought up every year but does anyone actually know what to expect with the possibility of a shutdown? I’m currently awaiting the final sign off for my case after the VA completed my VARR and sent it out to the PEB on sep 16th. Will there be a total shutdown or just a slow down?
All I’ve heard from my IDES attorney and Peblo is “highly unlikely” and “shouldn’t” affect cases moving forward, but that sounds like they have to pick their words carefully.

My case was forwarded to PEB on 15SEP! we're on the same wavelength now lol. As of 07OCT, my PEBLO said I'm still awaiting ratings. I wasnt expecting a reply because she's a DOD Civilian but she must be unaffected by the shutdown.

Yah my peblo is still working as well here in Hawaii, she told me she hasn’t received any word on whether or not PEB functions are impacted but last update was they were down for a system update. No clue what’s going on and it’s frustrating to be at the end and not getting any answers

I'm at Fort Bliss, I'll definitely reply here when i get my ratings if you dont have yours yet. Was holding off to post my own timeline because i want it to be complete. I guess it's good news we hear from our PEBLOs at least
