Sept 17th - Call from PEBLO starting MEB
Oct 8th - QTC Exams complete
Nov 15th - VA.gov says Preparation for Decision
Nov 22nd - NARSUM signed
Nov 23rd - Submitted to PEB

Still waiting now. Any idea on when I'll get my unfit memo?

I've called my PEBLO and there is nothing yet. I know with the holidays there will be a slow down.

Also, any guesses on when I'll be done with all this? Going off other timelines on here my guess is February to March.
 
I was sent to PEB back in September and got my unfit memo soon after, and have been waiting on ratings since then. Peblo said it’s around 3 months in PEB except around the holidays then it’s around 4 months for ratings to come back. You should get an unfit memo soon I’d assume however they stopped doing formal unfit memos my peblo said since it’s assumed you’ll be unfit my peblo had to write the unfit memo based on that assumption and sent it to my commander.

Did you submit an expedited memo for employment? That may be an option to speed yours up

When your PEBLO said she sent it to your commander did they give you an early CIF turn in memo after? I hope you get your ratings soon. This process is crazy

When the unfit memo came through my commander did write the early CIF memo the same day as well. The process is crazy for sure!
 
Update: Called Soldier's Counsel to see if they could see any details and what they had was it is there at the PEB but probably just in the stack. There is no Fit or Unfit decision yet. 5 weeks at IPEB now

Does anyone have an expedite memo template? I got the go ahead that my commander would sign but he needs a template
 
In the process of submitting an expedite memo. Waiting on a signature. Hopefully it helps because it is now 8 weeks without an unfit/fit decision. I am losing my mind

So they completely disregarded mine and wrote a new one. They said they just wanted my proof of college acceptance and when classes start lol. I still don't have it back. Been 3 weeks, it is like pulling teeth to get this signature

Got an email from my PEBLO that I am awaiting the last signature for the DA 199. So hopefully before the week ends
