    Calculation Question

    Let’s say someone that is 100% percent DoD/VA over 20 years active, has a disability retirement, receives CRDP, has a reduction in VA compensation. With the reduction their DoD disability retirement pay is now more than VA compensation. I don’t need an actual calculation but how does that work?

    Just had a VA claim populate that I did not file. Is this standard for review of past claims? The claim is for one of my rated disabilities. Was curious if this was part of the process to review conditions and or request an updated C&P exam.
