So who did your memo? Legal?
Training room and the submitted to brigade for me. Not sure where you are in the process but start early if you want one or hope your unit moves faster than mineSo who did your memo? Legal?
Just going off my case on this one but my PEBLO said they do not write expedite memos or unfit memos so that may be why she doesn't need that paperwork. She said that it is up to me and the unit to generate one and the PEBLO just submits the memoAs of right now , I’m waiting for my NARSUM. PEBLO said I’m 8th on the waiting list. I also told her I have a job offer but she told me she doesn’t need the paperwork ( not sure why she said this) maybe it won’t affect, or she doesn’t want me to expedite the process?
My PEBLO handled it all for me, but I did have to wait until after my NARSUM to submit it.Just going off my case on this one but my PEBLO said they do not write expedite memos or unfit memos so that may be why she doesn't need that paperwork. I've never used TA personally so I'm afraid I don't know about this, but like broken_soldier said I'd go check with the ed centerSo I am currently using TA and waiting on orders. I am being medically retired as well, not sure if that helps. I will probably be out sometime in March, will I have to pay TA back, at a pro rated amount, or will I be good to go and not owe money?
Not sure. I just hit the list today and am waiting on next steps. I have not done the terminal leave and counseling steps yetHow long does it take for orders after you submit your DA31 and COs counseling?
I just concurred, signed, and submitted back my DA 199, and I was wondering what exactly is the transition list, and is there a way to see that. Thanks!Sept 17th - Call from PEBLO starting MEB
Oct 8th - QTC Exams complete
Nov 15th - VA.gov says Preparation for Decision
Nov 22nd - NARSUM signed
Nov 23rd - Submitted to PEB
Jan 28th - Found Unfit
Feb 2nd - Case closed, submitted to PEB
Feb 3rd - VA requests IMO for one condition
Feb 10th - DA 199 received

Feb 17th - Name hits transition list

From my understanding you hit the transitions list after your DA 199 is signed off by the PDA(Physical Disability Agency I believe). My PEBLO is the one who told me my name made the transitions list and I would be contacted in a few days by the transitions office.I just concurred, signed, and submitted back my DA 199, and I was wondering what exactly is the transition list, and is there a way to see that. Thanks!
You said Nov 23rd - Submitted to PEB, then Feb 2nd - Case closed, submitted to PEB. Was one a submission to IPEB, then you appealed? Or does it go to PEB twice? I don't get it...Sept 17th - Call from PEBLO starting MEB
