Anyone in the Virginia Beach, Portsmouth, or Norfolk area currently in the PEB phase. I was found unfit 23OCT24 and trying to gauge a timeline for the VA to send my findings. Been seeing 60-85 day turnaround from other branches and locations here on this forum. Please share or drop some knowledge/timelines if willing. Thanks.

I was found unfit 05Nov24. VA app showed claims Step 5 of 5 and closed on 21Jan. Spoke to my peblo and said findings “should” be ready to sign at the end of February. I’ve had no luck with anyone telling me what my proposed VA rating is ahead of time.

Received my findings today from Portsmouth. Having to wait for Camp Lejeune to open to talk with the lawyer to be able to sign.
There usually is someone at the PEBLO office you can call that's above your PEBLO. Usually listed as an alternate in LIMDUSmart. If you truly have issues getting a hold of the PEBLO, email the alternate guy/girl. It is usually the PEBLOs sup. I did that at the start. After 3 weeks of trying to get a hold of the PEBLO, i emailed the alternate CC'ing my PEBLO. PEBLO responded with the world's most politest call and followed up via e-email. Haven't had issues since.@GetMeGone damn... well at least you peblo is communicating with you....
I've also stayed in comms with my lawyer. She has been the most helpful through everything providing updates when the others have said "there is no update."
I am not sure what it means but what I can tell you is that I was found unfit on 20 Nov. This generated for me on 5 Dec. My presumption is that it is a sign of an unfit finding as it indicates that you processing for one of the three decisions indicated.Pro tip I just came across!!! I'm assuming this is the date while in PEB the VA either 1) starts working on your DOD rating and VA rating or 2) Completed the rating and sent it back to PEB for their review before PEBLO receives the ratings and reaches out.
PLEASE if I'm wrong or anyone can clarify this information please do share!

The LT I spoke to said its strange that I haven't been contacted yet as DC opened my case Dec 26 but he's hopeful I will hear this week or next.
